Ken Walker is a Fashion Designer, Strategist & Mental Wealth Activist. A daring change-agent inspiring transformative ways to cultivate the power within all young professionals, Ken Walker is an impact leader who alleviates the barriers of self-expression. He launched a high-street, lifestyle clothing brand, K. Walker Collective, where he set out to alleviate the barriers of self-expression that many urban professionals are known to face. He also opened his flagship storefront in Midtown Detroit in November 2022 on American Express' Small Business Saturday. Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, just in 2022 Ken garnered accolades to recognize his achievements such as the Rising Star Award from the Detroit Phoenix Center, Entrepreneur of the Year at the Michigan Diversity Council's National Black Men in Leadership Summit and the Spirit of Detroit Award presented by the office of Mary Sheffield (Detroit City Council President). With a near-decade career in the advertising industry, Ken has built marketing campaigns for renowned brands such as Cadillac, Travelocity, Ford, Smashburger and Delta Vacations. But beyond business, one of Ken's core passions is mental wellness, where he believes Black men just like him should be equipped with the necessary tools to strengthen their emotional intelligence and to create communities to help them thrive mentally.
